Kirkstone Pass Inn Gets Planning Permission for Wind Energy

ccommodation at Kirkstone Pass Inn that caters for all budgets, from our comfortable en-suite B&B rooms to our budget Bunkhouse.

 

We see the Inn as a tranquil retreat, lending itself to quiet reflection and conversation rather than a raucous noisy environment. For this reason we cannot guarantee that the bar will stay open beyond 10pm (earlier in winter) though guests are most welcome to purchase drinks from the bar to quietly enjoy in their rooms.

We have four en-suite rooms available, three doubles and one triple. All rooms have tea and coffe making facilities and a DVD player as there is no TV reception. We provide a selection of DVDs for you to enjoy, including our own 'Kirkstone Ghosts story.'

udget bunkhouse accommodation is available from as little as £9.50pppn. The Bunkhouse sleeps 12 people and is probably the cheapest bed in Cumbria with central heating and a hot shower. Don't expect the Ritz but on a windy, rainy night when the tent is in tatters you will be sheltered!

Bunkhouse Accommodation - Showers are charged at 20p for five minutes of hot water.

Please note - We offer Bed and Breakfast accommodation. The letting of accommodation is not conditional on the bar remaining open beyond 10pm (earlier in winter). The owners reserve all rights to close the bar after this time. There are DVDs in the rooms and residents may take a drink purchased from the bar to their room. This is a tranquil retreat that lends itself to quiet reflection and conversation rather than raucous evenings or late drinking session.

While dogs are welcome in the bar they may not be taken into rooms on the accommodation level.
