Locally sourced produce is used wherever possible. Not only does this keep the food miles down, but it also brings you the best that Cumbria has to offer, be it our home made Steak and Ale Pie or one of our award winning local ales. All our meals are cooked to order and this takes time, we cook for the hungry not those in a rush!

We are now operating our Winter hours and are serving a choice of bar and restaurant meals Sunday 12-5pm. On Monday-Saturday we serve from a Bar Meals Menu 12-3pm and our evening menu from 6-8pm Friday & Saturday. Our Sunday menu also offers a great value traditional Roast dinner. For guests a traditional inclusive full English breakfast is also served.

If you have a group larger than 6 people we strongly recommend you call ahead in order to make arrangements as all of our meals are cooked fresh to order (we serve traditional meals not fast food).
